Friend-Requesting Victory: Discovery and Evidence in the Era of Social Media
In this era of technology and social media, it is critical that trial attorneys understand the value of e-discovery and social media evidence and how to best leverage it in civil or criminal court. Over 80% of divorce attorneys surveyed have seen an increase in the use of social media evidence, based upon a survey conducted by the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
